So you've done your research and decided that Cotswold Psychotherapy is the right fit for you - what happens next?
The first thing is to message us on the contact form and we will arrange a 15 minute chat, where we make sure we can accommodate your needs.
We then book and initial assessment appointment, which can either be face to face at our clinic in Cirencester, or online . This is a slightly longer appointment where we begin to build a shared understanding of your history, and your current problems. We make a plan as to what you would like to work on, and which approach would be the best fit for you, and then agree and book your future sessions.
We work in an adapted way for children and adults wish neurodevelopmental conditions and offer a range of interventions that can be helpful in building confidence and skills to reduce the impact of these conditions on peoples wellbeing.
